Yea, I think only people who know the shows: "Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack" or/and "Axis Powers Hetalia" will understand this.

So in one episode of flapjack they travel West and yea there's this weird old guy who goes like: Wessst~. In APH, Gilbert/Prussia calls his brother, Ludwig/Germany, West.

Yea.
